At Stony Point Doodles, our puppies are raised in our home with love, attention, and a commitment to their health and well-being. We want every family to feel confident and excited when welcoming one of our puppies into their lives.

That is why we offer a One Year Healthy Puppy Guarantee on every puppy we place.

What Our Guarantee Covers

If your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a congenital or hereditary abnormality, disease, or condition that was present at birth or determined to have resulted from the puppy’s breeding, we will stand behind our guarantee for one year from your puppy’s date of birth.

Your Choice of a Refund or Replacement

If a covered condition is confirmed, you may choose either a refund of your original puppy purchase price or a replacement puppy from a future available litter.

We understand that a puppy quickly becomes part of the family. Our goal is to provide reassurance and support while making the process as straightforward as possible.

How It Works

If you have a health concern, please contact us during the guarantee period and provide a written diagnosis from your licensed veterinarian. We will review the information with you and work toward a resolution in accordance with our guarantee.

Our guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from accidents, injuries, neglect, improper care, or circumstances occurring after your puppy leaves our care.

Our promise is simple: we care deeply about the puppies we raise, and we stand behind their health.

Full guarantee terms are provided in your puppy purchase agreement. This guarantee is in addition to any rights available under applicable law.
